04/17/08 - E-board Elections

This Thursday before our regularly programmed showing, we will be holding elections for next year's E-board! To be eligible to vote, you must be a paid member of anime club as well as an RIT student. Come and cast your vote!

02/04/08 - 2nd Music Night of the Year!

We'll be having our second music night of the year, February 4th in the Clark's Rooms, 8 P.M. - 12 A.M.! This is the first time we've had more than one music night per year, plus it's our special Valentine's Day dance as well! It's sure to be fun, so see you there!

01/07/08 - Welcome Back and Joint Convention on the 19th!

Hope you all had a grand old time during winter break! Did you get anything awesome? Well, we certainly have something awesome for all of you. Anime Club will be joining forces with RWAG and EGS to bring you Nerdocalypse, a comprehensive mini-con touching on all your anime and gaming needs. Nerdocalypse runs from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. in the SAU cafe, so mark your calendars and join us on the 19th!

12/16/07 - Christmas Showing and Auction

The last week before break is here, and we have a few events to send you off with a good feeling in your heart. December 19th is the Anime Club/RITGA Christmas Showing. This year it is Tokyo Godfathers in 08/A300, 8 P.M. - 10 P.M, but that's not all. The day after (December 20th) will be our own Christmas Showing, Ken Akamatsu's My Santa! As well as our Christmas auction. The pre-registration price for Tora-Con will also be announced, so get out your piggy banks to score some awesome handmade goodies and more. Keep warm, and enjoy your Christmas break!

12/03/07 - Winter Quarter!

Anime Club is kicking off the new quarter with the implementation of our new OVA mondays. Our maiden OVA is Blue Submarine #6! Be sure to come and catch this awesome four episode series, December 3rd in 06/A205, 8 - 10 P.M.!

9/28/07 - Paprika Opens at The Little

The Little Theater will begin showing Paprika this weekend, and if are a club member you'll get one dollar off the ticket price for a Friday or Saturday showing! Talk to our Business Liaison, Kristin, for a coupon (get a hold of her on the forums or through her email, listed on our eboard page).If you don't know where it is, want a ride, or just want to speak your mind, join our forum and go to the thread about Paprika. Movie times are listed on the theater website.

9/22/07 - Social Night

Come join us for a night of fun and games in the Clark's Rooms, upstairs in the SAU! Video games, Anime Charades, Pictionary, Name that Tune and more, from 8 PM to 10 PM! Admission is, well, free, so we hope to see you there. Also, tell us what you think on our brand new forum!

9/06/07 - First Showing of the Year

Our first showing of the year is this Thursday (9/06)! We will be showing Slayers starting at 8 pm - however, if you want to buy a membership, beat the rush and arrive an hour early. Along with providing access to our extensive library, a membership will also get you discounts and free admission to Anime Club events! More information can be found by clicking the Membership tab at the top of the screen.

8/31/07 - Orientation Showing

Freshmen and returning members and students are welcome to our Orientation Showing! Find us Friday, August 31st in Ingle Auditorium to watch Hayao Miyazaki's Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind at 10 P.M. Don't be afraid to say hello!
